Refund Policy

No Refunds on Donations:
Once a donation is made to our NGO, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds on any donations, as funds are immediately allocated to our ongoing projects and initiatives.

Error in Donation:
If you believe there has been an error in your donation, such as duplicate transactions, please contact us within 7 days at nrdsngosocial@gmail.com to rectify the issue.

Refunds for Fundraising Events:
For payments made towards tickets or participation in fundraising events, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Tax-Exempt Donations:
Donations are eligible for tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. However, to avail of the exemption, donors must email their transaction details to nrdsngosocial@gmail.com.

Payment Discrepancies:
In case of discrepancies in payments, such as incorrect amounts charged or unauthorized charges, please reach out to us immediately for resolution.

Refund Processing Time:
If a refund is approved under special circumstances, it may take 7-14 business days to process, depending on the payment method used.

Currency of Refund:
Refunds, if issued, will be processed in the same currency as the original transaction. The NGO is not responsible for any currency fluctuations or fees imposed by financial institutions.

Donation Errors Due to Technical Issues:
If a donation is made in error due to a technical issue on our platform, we may consider a refund. Please contact us within 7 days to discuss the matter.

Partial Refunds:
In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be issued if there is a clear justification. Each case will be evaluated individually.

Changes to Refund Policy:
Our refund policy may be updated from time to time. Donors are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
